Assisting and representing before bailiffs for:

a) enforcement of enforceable titles (judgments, arbitral awards, CEC, promissory note, leases, loan agreements or other authenticated contracts that may constitute enforceable titles, lease agreements that have given certain other documents that the law regulates as enforceable titles)

b) execution of the obligations to perform (such as the refusal of the authorities to comply with an obligation established by the court)

c) evacuation

d) establishment of seizures

f) enforcement of movable and immovable property

g ) participation in public tenders.
